This is a USED OEM center dash radio and climate control bezel for a 2009-2012 Ford F-150.¹ This bezel includes the Manual Climate Control unit  and the upper radio control panel (with the "Phone" and "Menu" buttons).

This part is in good used condition and was removed from a functional vehicle. It is a direct replacement for a cracked, scratched, or damaged bezel. All mounting tabs are intact (unless otherwise noted in photos).
